How will I receive the Online Gift Card?
AddamStore Online Gift Cards are sent to the email address assigned to the account of the payee (the person who bought the gift card). They can be printed or you can email it to a friend before use.

How to use the Online Gift Card?
To redeem / use the gift card, go to the website and enter your unique 16-digit code in the discount bar at the checkout.

Does the Online Gift Card expire?
Yes, but only after 12 months from purchase date.

Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, you don't have to spend the online gift card all at once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

How do can I check my Online Gift Card remaining balance?
If a gift card is associated with a customer account, then the customer can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without online accounts, please email or call us on 353 (0)71 914 2977 with your Online Gift Card number, we can check the balance and send the information to you.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
